All domain name sales are final upon completion of terms & conditions within the Domain Sales Agreement singed by the Buyer and Seller before the transaction closes.

When you buy a domain name from Brand Terrific you only pay a one-time cost and the ownership of the domain name passes from Brand Terrific to you.

Once you have received the name into your registrar account, you will be able to:

• Use the domain as your website address.
• Setup email addresses.
• Use the domain on business cards and other materials.

If you don’t have a website built yet, you can put up a simple coming soon page, or you can just leave it until you are ready. You don’t need todo anything right away. Because you own the domain name, you can take your time.

Buyer is responsible for annual renewal fee set by registrar to be paid at, or prior to, renewal/expiration date in order to maintain ownership. 

After payment has been received and verified the Brand Terrific team will start the domain name “Push” process to your account within the associated registrar for the domain name. You will receive an email requesting the required account information to facilitate the domain "Push" to your account.

Our domain names for sale are already registered at Godaddy, Namesilo, Namecheap, Dynadot and other registrars (all accredited companies by ICANN).

The transfer can take from between immediate to 7 days depending on the registrar where the domain is registered, and the registrar that you are willing to use.

In order to transfer the domain fast right after your purchase, we recommend using the same registrar where the domain currently resides.

In certain cases, if the domain name has a registrar lock on it due to a whois update, can’t be transferred to a different registrar within 60 days, but we can still transfer to the same registrar. Just ask ahead to be sure it isn’t under any lock to prevent any unnecessary delays.

Our customer service will provide detailed help to ensure a smooth transfer of ownership if you are not familiar with the domain transfer process.

An installment purchase is a flexible option where you make scheduled monthly payments so that you can afford the domain you want and start using it now.

Once the down payment is received, you are provided delegated acess to the DNS of your domain with GoDaddy.com.

Delegated access to the domain DNS allows you full access to everything you need to manage the domain. Using the GoDaddy interface you are able to change and update your nameservers, configure mx records to use your domain for email, forward the domain and everything else necessary to have full and unfettered use of your domain.

The domain holding service is provided to you free are charge as you make scheduled payments towards full ownership of the domain.

If the Buyer chooses to pay in-full their remaining balance (i.e. triggers the buy-clause) anytime during the intallment purchase, the amount paid-to-date is subtracted from the purchase price and the balance is paid via escrow as a sales transaction.

Once all payments have been made, you will be given full ownership of the domain, and you will be allowed to transfer the domain to any registrar of your choice. If monthly payments are missed 3 consecutive months in a row, you will be in default and the domain will be returned to its previous owner and the sales contract will be null and void.

Within 48 hours of your first payment clearing, you will receive an email from GoDaddy granting you delegated access to your domain.

Both buyer and seller will be sent a Domain Holding Agreement and all parties are required to review and sign the Domain Holding Agreement digitally.

Brand Terrific receives the scheduled payments from the Buyer throughout the term of the transaction.

When all payments are completed, the domain(s) are transferred to an account for the Buyer once the last payment is made.

Upon final installment clearing you will be given full ownership of the domain, and you will be allowed to transfer the domain to any registrar of your choice.

If monthly payments are missed 3 consecutive months in a row, you will be in default and the domain will be returned to its previous owner and the sales contract will be null and void.

*Delegated access is where the domain(s) are held for use by the Buyer while the Buyer makes scheduled monthly payments towards the full purchase price of the domain.

No. There are no websites included with the purchase of a domain name.

Once the domain name is successfully transferred to you, then it is Active for the term of the registration.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify and renew the domain registration before the expiration date. Annual registration costs vary, between $8-$20 per year, per .com domain depending on the registrar.

You can reserve a domain name with an advance down payment of 20% of the total price and the remaining 80% must be completed within 30 days. This deposit is non-refundable.

However, pricing may or may not be negotiable, depending upon the domain itself. The value of a domain is based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to: comparable sales, the length of the domain, and the meaning behind the name itself.

When contacting us to consider an offer, you are asking us to manually review the price of the domain. In doing so, an updated appraisal may determine that a resonalbe offer less than the asking price can be entertained. 

For the majority of domains on offer, we are not willing to accept less than the asking price, and on the rare occasion, we will discover that the asking price has been set too low.
